The Hive is a unique project created for locals. The Hive is a collection of creative retail, food/beverage, entertainment and art, and is part of Flagler Village’s MASS District Downtown Experience.

Once an industrial warehouse district, edgy Flagler Village is now home to dozens of art galleries and studios, restaurants, bars, and Karma Kava.

Many great creative businesses exist within the FATVillage Arts District. Monthly art walks showcase the work of local artists and street muralists, with live music and a vendor fair. Indie shops sell handmade jewelry, upcycled clothing, and fine art, while craft breweries and kava bars draw trend setters and those keen on the scene.
